Integrity, humility and the ability to fail are paramount to improvement. In my early years I thought I knew everything and wouldn't allow myself to fail. I then worked for a gentlemen who empowered me with the ability to fail, but encouraged me to remain humble and act on coaching in order to improve. Years later I hesitantly went through my first 5s and Kaizen process, but quickly realized the value in an trusted, outside view. I'm driven to help others succeed by identifying obstacles or failures and devising a plan to assist in producing successful results. Whether it's focused on people, processes, a portion or entire organization, I am committed to helping you and your organization find success.
